Developed with a focus on balance between tradition and innovation, emotional resonance and technical rationality, Geely Galaxy M7 translates culturally rooted inspirations into a clear and legible design language.
The exterior design is driven by the relationship between proportion and aerodynamic performance. The vehicle presents a composed overall stance, defined by stable volumes and fluid surface transitions that create a calm yet dynamic visual presence. At the front, the design draws on the ideas of "Flying Eaves" and "Tiger Gaze," interpreted through the Star Ripple full-width lighting signature to establish a clear and distinctive identity. Spanning more than two metres, the lighting system integrates 362 LED elements and over 500 laser-etched details, delivering an illumination range of more than 200 metres while supporting both visual clarity and driving safety. More than 20 areas, including the front-end and D-pillar, were systematically optimised. As a result, Geely Galaxy M7 achieves a drag coefficient of 0.27 Cd without compromising rear headroom.
Inside, the design prioritises spatial openness and sensory comfort. A reduced instrument panel depth and optimised A-pillar angles significantly improve forward visibility, while a 1.2-square-metre panoramic sunroof enhances the sense of light and openness within the cabin. Material selection focuses on tactility and visual warmth, with extensive use of eco-friendly suede combined with natural wood trim to soften the presence of digital interfaces. The 23-speaker Flyme Sound system works in concert with a 256-colour AI ambient lighting system, creating a more relaxed and immersive in-cabin environment through the integration of sound and light.
