GAC (Guangzhou Automobile Group) is a Chinese state-owned automotive group headquartered in Guangzhou and formed in 2005. It builds cars under the Trumpchi and GAC Motor marque and the electric brand Aion, and runs joint ventures with Honda and Toyota. It ranks among China's largest carmakers, with Aion one of the country's leading EV brands. The group is active and expanding into overseas markets.
