Ram (Ram Trucks) is an American brand of pickup trucks and commercial vehicles based in Auburn Hills, Michigan. It was created in 2009, when it was split off from Dodge and Ram models began to be sold as their own marque. It belongs to the Stellantis group (formerly Chrysler / FCA). Its range consists mainly of the full-size Ram 1500 and the heavier Heavy Duty series, complemented by ProMaster vans. The brand is active and remains a major player in the North American pickup market.
