Iveco is an Italian maker of commercial and heavy vehicles based in Turin. It was formed on 1 January 1975 through the merger of five European brands, among them Fiat Veicoli Industriali, OM, France's Unic and Germany's Magirus-Deutz. It builds vans, trucks and buses, and its range once included the Massif and Campagnola off-roaders. In early 2022 it was spun off from CNH Industrial as Iveco Group; in 2025 the sale of its commercial-vehicle division to India's Tata Motors was announced.
