Icona Design Group is an Italian design studio rather than a volume carmaker. It was founded in 2010 in Turin and also has a major base in Shanghai, China, giving it an Italian-Chinese character. It designs vehicles and future-mobility concepts for clients in the automotive industry. Its best-known project is the Vulcano supercar, unveiled at the Shanghai motor show in 2013; the Vulcano Titanium version had a titanium body and was built in just three units, produced by Cecomp. The studio is active.
