Dodge is an American automotive brand founded in 1900 by brothers Horace and John Dodge; it first supplied parts to Detroit's industry and began building its own cars in 1914. Chrysler acquired it in 1928, and today it is part of the Stellantis group. The brand became famous for the muscle cars of the late 1960s and early 1970s and for models such as the Charger, Challenger and the Viper sports car. Dodge is active and focuses on performance cars and SUVs.
